Day 7

Breakfast was paleo cereal. Almonds, apple, almond meal, coconut flakes, and coconut milk.

Lunch was "no tortilla soup". I used the immersion blender to shred the chicken and thicken it up a bit. It was really good. I found the recipe on Pinterest.

Dinner (almost forgot to take a pic) was ribeye with garlic and rosemary, mashed garlic cauliflower, and salad.

I'm craving fast food today but had no problems passing on cake and ice cream at a birthday party. One week down. Three more to go.
