Day 22

Breakfast was the usual.

Lunch had to be quick, so I sliced a cucumber in half, lengthwise, and then in half again to make my sub "bun." I topped it with paleo mayo and turkey. Then I put the top on and scarfed it down.

Dinner was pesto chicken. I just grilled the chicken indoors. Then I added pesto over the top. On the side I served a simple salad with garlic lime dressing.
